BLE Beacon + Scanner (Smartphone) + Proxy (URL) = The Physical Web

BLE Beacon

• 3~7초마다 “Eddystone” 형식의 URL을 주변으로 Broadcast

Scanner (Smartphone)

• 현재, Mobile Chrome 만을 이용해서 Physical Web 이용 가능

• 근처 BLE Beacon에서 broadcast 되는 URL 목록 • Beacon 근처에 가서 핸드폰을 켜면, 주변의 모든 Beacon들의 실시간 상황 및 정보를 볼 수 있음 • Location을 이용한 Search Query라고 생각하자 • 장점: 모바일 웹페이지를 앱처럼 이용하자
