HOMEPAGE
• Removed blog stream to make homepage less cluttered. If you want info about news and events, click the News & Events menu option.
• Made Twitter Feed more prominent. This helps riders get real-time info and updates.
• Added a link to the Jobs page in the footer for easy access.
UPDATED GOOGLE MAPS
You may have noticed we’ve recently updated our Google Maps on each individual Routes page. The updated maps are both accurate and provide outbound and inbound routes, rather than just one single-colored loop.
PARK & RIDE
Park & Ride locations are now easier to find. We’ve added them to each individual route map.
Coming soon: a brand new page dedicated to Park & Ride.
INDIVIDUAL BUS STOP PAGES
We’re adding a distinct image of each bus stop to its page so that people can easily “see” where their bus stop is located and what it looks like. (This is an on-going project.)
Where can you find these pages? Just click on your route and look for a list of bus stops on the lower left hand corner. Each stop is a link to information about when the bus is due at that stop.
REORGANIZED FARES PAGE
We’ve reorganized the Fares page to make it easier to find your correct fare, fast. See our new fares table to find your fare.
IMPROVEMENTS TO COME
• We will soon be testing a NEW beta Trip Planner to improve the trip planning experience. Look for a link within the current Trip Planner to try it out.
• New Regional Transit page, a one-stop-shop for all transit information in the region.
• We’re also in the process of updating some of the information on the Cherriots.org site that has become outdated. This is an ongoing project.
