My name is Vinh Nguyen, and I am CEO of Vnatek Inc. We are a developer of Sibersled, Sibertub and Siberhut which are the most innovative products for ice fishing enthusiastic and winter expedition people in the battle with deep snow , slush and extreme winter weather conditions. At present , we have registered patents pending for the new products , the Sibersled’s beta prototype was tested and ready for mass production.We are seeking $US 2 million in funding to bring Sibersled, Sibertub and Siberhut to market , hiring management , workforce , marketing and scale infrastructure. This amount will get us to 8.3 millions in sale and over 100% profit by mid of 2016 and plans to expand into global market by 2017. Our exit strategy is company sale in 4-6 years.

fishing.
Ice fishing is a great winter sport and became more popular in many states of the USA and Canada nowadays. However to have a successful ice fishing trip , people have to carry many equipment such as a portable hut , propane heater, propane tank, gas auger, fish finder, GPS, portable stove, fishing tools, cooler and many other supplies in a plastic sled to their fishing spot. These gear, which is usually very heavy and not a fun to pull. Sometimes these heavy gear became a nightmare when pulling across the snowy and slushy lake. To solve this problem ice fishing enthusiastic either using some UHMW strips to attach underneath of sled to reduce friction or building a hand made “ Smitty Sled” to help carrying heavy gear . These solutions help a bit but there is still a lot of limitation .At present, there no any products in the Ice Fishing equipment market can solve completely problems of easy mobility , light weight , gear organizer, ect.
The Problem with deep snow and slush
• SIBERSLED is quick and easy to assemble or detach in 2 minutes by snapping the pieces with EZ lock pins.• The frame construction is welded with reinforced gussets at joining points to guarantee the system stands well in the harsh, extreme winter conditions.• SIBERSLED can fit with most tub sleds and flip over ice shanties such as Clam, Frabill, Eskimo, Otter, ect. by changing suitable cross beam bars.
Extruded UHMW runners, with a very low friction coefficient, help the skis to glide smoothly and easily over the snow and slush. A flat surface bottom with flat head screws keep the skis free of ice or slush buildup.Durable lightweight aircraft 6061-T6 aluminum structure. Sibersled has a ski structure rocker style to keep it floating on top of the snow and slush. The unique ski loop in front of each ski makes it bounce back whenever it hits a chunk of ice or other hard things and keeps the system balanced to prevent flipping over.
The SIBERSLED’s nine inch raised base, is designed to pass over ice chunks so you don’t have to worry about snow plowing.
