Exigent has processed 151 contracts spanning across several of the client’s business streams.

Due Diligence for a UK national law firm. Exigent commenced the review and, together with the client, co-developed a reporting checklist specific to the needs of the client and populated an executive summary detailing issues that needed to be raised with the end-client prior to completing the transaction.

Exigent's commercial team has extensive experience in providing efficient and dedicated support to in-house legal teams. The team members' qualifications range from 1 to 10 years PQE and they are qualified in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, England and Wales, the United States, South America and South Africa. In addition our foreign language capability includes French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.

Our team works with a variety of commercial agreements including supply chain, franchise,
