• Run the awareness program for the villagers – Rights, Job cards, bank accounts, auditing, DBT
• We should motivate and also train the panchayat members about the MGNREGA
• We can initiate the social audit process
• It is important to raise the discrepancies to the higher levels
•Use RTI as a tool for better accountability
•Work should be planned as per the need of the community: Bottom Up approach.
