Five top tips for conveyancers using social media
1. You are what you tweet, and share
• Be yourself and show your character
• Don’t overdo the posting – you’ve got work to do!
• Transparency is the ultimate form of trustworthiness.
2. Be generous, don’t be needy
• If someone is looking for something and you can help, help them!• Ask for feedback, don’t beg for it• Be subtle about getting people to spread the word and they will do it without you asking• Listen first, post second.
3. *Polish yourself up*
By Johann Franz Capellini von Wickenburg, genannt Stechinelli (1677-1752) [Public domain], via Wikimedia Commons
4. Don’t get distracted by numbers
