My name is Chris Waters. I bring over 15 years of leadership and leadership development experience: From leading Marines on two combat tours in Iraq To saving clients tens of millions of dollars, annually, while

leading them and project teams through IT, process, and organizational changes

And as an Executive Leadership Coach, helping clients raise their leadership effectiveness, helping them assemble and influence the right people around them to help them sustainably grow their business

No entrepreneur can realize success alone. I can help you build a team around you who share in your values and your vision, who are stewards of your investment, and whose actions maximize profits.

My purpose is to restore a Leadership Culture rooted in the morals, values, and courage that our Founding Fathers possessed in leading the formation of the Greatest Country in the World.
