• Manager of the electrical facilities engineer and design for Aerospace Data Facility-Southwest. In charge of design, troubleshooting, and upkeep on all electrical systems to ensured continuation of mission critical devices.• Extensively utilized the National Electric Code, International Building Codes, and 29 CFR to design safe and efficient complex electrical systems for a vast data center.• Served as an adviser for the data center senior management on electrical systems capabilities and limitation. Designed and presented options to the customer on how to rebuild a multimillion-dollar electrical room after a battery short caused a catastrophic fire.

UNITED STATES NAVY SEABEE Gulfport, MS CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR/ PROJECT MANAGER 2002-2012

• Served as a Senior Quality Control Manager for dozens of active construction projects of varying size and scope. • The primary responsibly of the Senior QC Manager is the finished products are delivered on-time, at/below cost and meet/exceed performance specifications.• Responsibilities included chairing all pre-construction QC meetings and reviewing/ critiquing the QC plans submitted from each project manager before commencement of work. • Conducted daily QC inspections for each project and submitted the findings report to higher authority. • Served as project safety inspector for 2,000 man-days of arduous construction projects to include overhead concrete construction involving vast amounts of fall protection, monitoring, and crew training.• Successfully managed the construction of two, wood-framed, combat operation centers in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. This project’s timely completions lead to the successful US Marine clearing operation in the terrorist hot-bed village of Marja. The project totaled 1,000 man-days of surveying, site work, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical design/installation. Continuously challenged with overcoming contingency rules, black-out conditions, extreme heat, and repeated sandstorms.• Led a Seabees damage recovery team in Bay St. Louis MS. Directly after Hurricane Katrina. We were responsible for ensuring building structural integrity, debris removal, and recovering 100,000’s of legal documents for the Hancock County Courthouse. Additionally we cleared 30 miles of city streets, alleyways, and sidewalks.

WHITE HOUSE MILITARY OFFICE Camp David, MDFacilities Manager 1999-2002 • Managed facility maintenance and engineering at the Presidential Retreat Camp David. Conducted routine/emergency construction, facility upgrades, and PM of all the structures. Was responsible for managing, directing and supervising a staff of Facility Management personnel.• Managed the onsite emergency services to restore a barracks that had sustained major fire and water damage. Ensured that the building was structurally sound and didn’t pose a risk of collapse leading to possible injuries/death. • Served as a security liaison between uncleared construction crews and the sensitive compartments they were tasked to construct onsite.
