ADVANTAGES OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONInvolvement of Ms. Shashi would have given
better understanding of the situataion.Horizontal communication between Mr Ravi,
Ms Shashi, Ms Reena would have resulted in effective implementation of New system.
Role of a leader in communication builds trust in the working environment.
Explaining the need of change in system and building trust would have yielded better results.
