◦The contingency approach applied to the situation by appointing Mr.Ravi. He lacked in communication.

◦Creating a distrust among employees and leading to misinterpretation of the situation.

better understanding of the situataion.Horizontal communication between Mr Ravi,

Role of a leader in communication builds trust in the working environment.

Explaining the need of change in system and building trust would have yielded better results.
