April 12, 2015 Mr./Ms.: Chairperson/CEO or Director or Partner(s), Chairperson of Nomination Committee I would like to be appointed as the President, a Senior Executive position, of the company and my term shall start and terminate upon my resignation or at the prerogative or decision of the Partners or Board of Directors and/or the Stockholders. I shall be paid of Salary amounting to 100,000 pesos monthly or 50,000 pesos every 15 th and 30 th day of every month (negotiable) subject to appropriate Withholding Tax and other mandatory withholdings applicable to Salaried Senior Executive. I shall be entitled to appropriate executive benefits and incentives such as company car driving, company house stay and/or company car with driver. I shall be entitled to appropriate agreed per diem upon attending committee and board of directors meeting. I shall be entitled to appropriate annual bonus to be determined by compensation committee subject to the approval of the board of directors. I shall not be covered of regular hours, time and days of work. I shall be expected to work on performance or completion basis. I shall be available daily and shall report to the Chairman of the Board or the Chief Executive Officer. Being the President I have the following responsibilities or functions: 1. To oversee the operation of the company including the sales or revenue growth, expansion and the return on investments. 2. To approve contracts to be entered into and to make appropriate recommendation to the board of directors. 3. To lead the committee (s) meeting and to preside the board of directors meeting if necessary. 4. To approve payments of the company and sign the checks of the company. 5.
