I am a certified construction project management professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience in developing countries. My background encompasses structures such as hotels, residential & office complexes and buildings, port cruise’s harbours, health and educational buildings, as well as large industrial installations. My international experience includes projects in 5 developing countries of 2 different continents: Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Tanzania and Venezuela. I am well equipped in project planning & scheduling from the initial to final phases, stakeholder management, client representation, FIDIC contract management, team leadership, risk and change management, QA/QC, budget and HR management, including overseeing projects costing over 40 Million USD.
