CONCLUSION: I can produce new work orders for buildings and public grounds. I have managed large groups of In-house staff & outside contractors for very large prestigious sites. Conduct daily inspections and maintain work orders. Experience gained with planed, preventative, maintenance projects. Gather information, written reports & display on power point. Liaise with sub-contractors & arrange maintenance visits with specialists engineers. Invoice works on completion. Arrange material and supply purchases. I can provide Risk Assessments regularly. I can deal face to face, with any Tenant complaints. I will save money with the maintenance costs while at the same time keeping the tenants, safe & comfortable.
