Have a strong agenda and give it out a week before the meeting.
Be detailed with the agenda. Prepare for the agenda. Ensure all equipment/media are available and
functioning well. Be at the venue 15-30 minutes ahead of time.

Set expectations. Meet and greet and exchange pleasantries. Introduce key people. Park a topic if it eats too much time or nothing
is settled. Allow breaks every two hours.

Never monopolize or make it one-way. Encourage people to share or ask questions. Acknowledge people who need to talk. Park a topic if it eats too much time or nothing

similar. Comply with the house rules and the meeting
format. Adhere to and support the meeting’s goals and
objectives. Don’t check emails and texts and reply to
