Leadership means the quality of a man who have the ability to lead a team or a country or an organization.we can say-“Political leadership is the behavior persons of political authority, their competitions and there both in interaction with other members of society as manifested in the past, present and probably future throughout the world. This means not only the behavior of persons in positions of higher authority but also there at intermediate and lower level. “

Importance of Political LeadershipFirst of all, no matter what the political system is? Political leadership has always played a vital role. But the question is why? If we focus either on the history of politics or current world politics, it’s the leaders who always matters in every decision any nation takes. A nation’s fate depends on political leader.

There is an impact of leadership in every department of a nation like sovereignty, economics, education, military system, technology and so on.

Leadership in SovereigntySovereignty is one of the basics to be called an independent nation both in internal or external affairs. it’s impossible for a nation to survive without sovereignty, so a man of vision is needed for any nation. In the New World, Pope Alexander VI decreed the division of the Americas by Spain and Portugal, so that the wealth of gold, silver and jewels could be allocated. But these countries were soon overtaken by the French and English in North America. The founders of the USA incited the colonists to rebel against taxation by the British monarchy. The Revolutionary War established the United States as a democracy, with its own political sovereignty.

And political leaders have directly influenced this development. Political stability can ensure a nation’s economic growth. For example, when it’s election our political stability become unstable because there is no political leader and now we can see the impact from this figure.
