Slight turn of key can start a engine…….small motivation can inspire
a self starter person to do big things.
If you observe successful / self-made people for some time, you can find that they not only work from 9 to 6…….they also work 6 to 9
Only self starter can be self made. Self starter are those who create
wealth…….not only wealth but also dynamism
Be a self starter
Admit your mistakes Gracefully
We all make mistakes
one can not be right at all the times
Important is how quickly we learn & realize that it was a mistake
Erasers are meant for correction …..af course after doing a mistake
Carry eraser with you always
True spirit is shown when a man accepts his mistake & strange thing is that if one does accepts his mistake, he is regarded as mature & is respected.
Anger Management
Important is not to react on impulse…
A match stick has head but no brains…………..we have both
Small friction can cause fire……..? Learn from humble matchstick
Being Patient is important, more important is to be in control
Always Be Happy
Cut the cost not the assets
Cut the cost …………not the assets
Realization is important with organizations point of view….not on
individual/personal POV.
Ordinary manager will look only cutting costs
A real leader will make assets out of that
Be a Leader…………….than just a boss
Organization demand passion no selfishness. Real leader is HUMAN
Remain Present – Remain Relevant
A email sent now may save you from the cost of making some
urgent phone calls…
An apology offered in time is more worth than asking for forgiveness
later, when it becomes pain.
Largest fires also start with a minor flame…..can be done away with
just a cup of water
Sometimes keeping it for tomorrow can cause problem
Do important jobs NOW before they become urgent
Luck or Probability
A dice has 6 sides, simple probability to get any number is 1/6, a true leader knows that & Plays his game accordingly.
Hard work can make this probability better, know what you want & work for that, if 1 is your success number than make sure you have 6 opportunities going on
Hard work should be daily habit, instead of waiting for chance to favor you, work hard to get that chance been turned in your favor
Lady Luck smiles to only those who work hard
As a leader have the will to strike, to seek & to find do not wait for
LUCK to smile on you
Motivation Make, Manage & Motivate your people
Always there is a fair possibility that your employees are not giving their 100% a true potential….Leader should know? Why?
There can be n reasons:-
There can be communication gap....between employees & Leader
Motivation factor in the organization is missing over all….!!!
Motivation to work & think may not be sufficient…not valued by Leader
Employee finds his contributions are not appreciated
There is biased approach in treatment to all the employees….!!
If Culture is different than what is projected….Leaders should realize culture is not because of words but by action & attitude.
Respect a Human Being, who is your employee as well. Treat them with dignity
Teamwork……
A leader also need team
In any Machine it requires to run all the components to make its successful running, same is true for work situations all must work together
In our body as well, we need all parts to work in prefect coordination, one single part going bad can cause crippling effect & much more can happen
As a leader, important to have team but very important to be part of TEAM
Be a Leader, spread the team work, work place become better
Decision making
Leadership is all about taking decisions
Its not always possible to take a quick decision but its important
Decision with rationale is important, shouldn’t be based upon likes
If you like something doesn’t mean, your thinking is always right.
A true leader knows & takes Decisions on Merit not to favor anyone
Take right decisions not only decisions, even if you do not like it
Compensation…know it
Leaders know how much to pay to whom, poor compensation can
only fetch you ordinary employees
Cheap employees are often more expensive..
To make team giant, Leader should hire bigger than himself..!!
If you want to plan for a year, plant a corn
If you want to plan for 3 years, plan at fruit tree
&
If you want to plan for 10 years, plant a MAN
Think People who are good & passionate…..and better paid
