The model incorporates structural and cross functional process workflows to aid in the analysis of the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the human capital management cycle.

1. Strategic and Corporate Analysis The process of analysing and properly aligning the overall learning cycle to accommodate the strategic, functional and the operational objectives of the organisation.

2. Human Resources Analysis The framework analysing procedures for analysing the eligibility of the learning population towards engaging in the learning cycle with the minimal amount of resource wastage.

3. Learning and Cognitive Analysis The framework's procedures for analysing the needs and learning requirements for analysing and injecting learning path information.

4. Operations and Logistics Management The processes and procedures for building and analysing the activity timelines and financial estimates of the learning phases and the corresponding learning packages.

5. Performance and Communications Management The underlying principles and processes for building multidimensional performance baselines to aid in the development and the corresponding analysis of the overall learning cycle.

6. Cycle Transformation Management The execution of the learning and development action plans and learning packages and the actual monitoring and evaluation of the overall cycle performance.

7. Investment and Portfolio Management The analysis of the collective learning phase and cycle performances to produce and interpret the overall success of the cycle execution as a function of investment return.

8. Knowledge Management The integration and the implicit and explicit mining of the cycle data to produce strategic knowledge to be in subsequent executions.
