To answer the BIG QUESTION: What is the future like – What next?
Sit down with your employees to discuss their career goals & their aspirations. Talk about the future.

Encourage employees to drive the 1:1 agenda and bring a list of things they’d like your advise on or to discuss.
Be transparent and honest. If you can answer – answer honestly. If you can’t – tell them that.
