For its Leading Change labs, in the frame of DCSR Project, CidaCo has developed this presentation to illustrate the forthcoming impact of Diversity, Technology and Envioronmental Sustainability. In fact, the presentation has been made to illustrate the view that, in the middle of the 21st century, the essential elements of organisational resilience are not only Leadership, Strategic Financial Management (including business modelling etc.) and Innovation (Business transformation), which most people accept, but also, critically, those of Diversity, Environmental Sustainability and Technology.
