DESCRIPTION
The struggle to create and implement new project management processes or tools is a difficult one across all types of teams - agency, in-house, remote, or in office. How do you know which questions to bring to the table when evaluating these tools and resources? Where do you even begin? The good news is the same questions can be applied across all work environments. The bad news is, not all resources are created equally. This talk will arm attendees with an understand of how new systems can be implemented with their own projects or clients, and how these changes can be accomplished with as little pain as possible.

PROCESS = a workflow that is generally held consistent throughout a project, sometimes can be facilitated
or helped with a tool.
