Responsibilities: OSHA and EPA Compliance Officer. Manage and maintain ISNetworld, PEC and other company mandated Safety Audit programs. New employee safety orientation training. Responsible for HAZCOM - SDS inventory, training and distribution. Maintain company Safety Manual, authoring new chapters and maintaining other chapters as safety

standards change. Author SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) as needed. Responsible for enforcing company policies and safety requirements. Plan training sessions for all employees to keep them OSHA compliant. Administrate the company DOT required Drug and Alcohol testing program. Keep all safety and training records, and OSHA 300 and 300A logs Conduct regular onsite Safety, OSHA, and EPA audits. Plan and conduct in house safety training i.e. Safeland Certification, and daily safety meetings. Investigate all incident, accident, and near miss reports, and analyze for root cause. Workman’s Comp Coordinator, from field injury, to released for full duty. One death. Manage safety equipment inventory. Fire extinguisher and eye wash station inspection. Calibrate, bump test, and maintain h2S and 4 head gas monitors. Train competent persons in, and administrate the LockOut/TagOut program, among others.

Install, Troubleshoot, and repair all SCADA Equipment Troubleshoot lost production via SCADA System. Install computer programs on Lease Operator computers and train them in their use. Responsible for all fluid level measurements.
