Abhishek Iyengar is the Co-Founder and COO of WeMove Solutions. With 8+ years of professional Experience working with highly acclaimed Technology companies in past, Abhishek always had the passion and knowledge for Theatre.

Founder of the WeMove Theatre, the Theatre wing of WeMove solutions 7 years back as a informal group, Abhishek operated and directed 11 major productions and 80 odd stage shows. His knowledge of Corporate and his domain interest i.e Theatre makes a perfect combination to make Learning and Development more impactful and effective.

Rangaraj Bhatracharya is the Co-Founder and CEO of WeMove Solutions since 2013. He along with Abhishek Iyengar started WeMove Solutions with a vision of making the current trainings corporates more innovative and effective.

A passionate theatre professional is also the Co-Founder of WeMove Theatre, the theatre wing of WeMove Solutions. He has also worked in the IT industry for close to a DECADE, coined the idea of implementing the Non-technical trainings using theatre as a Medium. This method of training is becoming a trend-setter with more and more companies opting to work with the theatre based approach to resolve the gaps in the traditional training methods.
