(Millennials were born with technology as a part of their every day lives and have an innate understanding
of how to use it effectively to produce the best results)

(Being creative is a big part of being a Millennial; have a keen eye for design and express themselves
openly via social media and other technology outlets )

WHY is it Important to Understand Millennials?
Put the attributes of the Millennial generation side by side one another (fearless, high expectations, technology experts, creative) and you’ve got a recipe for a group of people who can and WILL do great things in their lifetime. They have all the ingredients necessary to lead us into the next frontier.
