• Be able to share the value of strategy in idea management

• Have examples of tools to empower staff in innovation.

Activity: Round One

Write down an idea you have.

Consider what goal is achieved or what issue is resolved with its fruition.

What is IdeaManagement?Idea management is a structured process of generating, capturing, discussing and improving, organizing, evaluating and prioritizing valuable insight or alternative thinking that would otherwise not have emerged through normal processes.

Essentially: Collect ideas.

Evaluate ideas.

Select a subset of ideas for implementation.
