1. When are you sad?- When you're down in the dumps, people would often ask you why you are sad. 5. Are you trying too hard to be happy?- this is the secret to be happy; never ever try too hard to be happy. It will stress you out more than make you happy. Feeling a little low now and then is healthy. It means you are not self-centred and sadness around the world does affect you.
