She could still use her art skills for her other hobbies like Photography,fashion, and photo manipulation

She said she’s the vintage and hipster type of fashionista. I noticed that most of her outfits has flowers, polka dots and lines in them. She’s a type of artist that’s most concerned of patterns and symmetry when creating art.

In photography…She has a knack to a certain objects when capturing an image. And she is able to present it in many different angles. She the type who wants to unveil a certain beauty and emotion of a small object.

In fashion…

In photo manipulation…She likes using this software programs like Adobe Light Room and Photoshop where all here photos seem to be more vibrant than before. She more concerned on the brightness of a photo. For her, photo manipulation is more on enhancing than changing to give more emphasis on the subject.

Though she was a Software Developer, she still was able to apply art to it. It made me realize that you don’t have to be major in any kind of arts to express your art.

It’s innate to each and everyone of us.

She made me discover and love art through the things we both put our best to.

Art is like air. What we don’t know is that we’re already breathing it.

Same with art. It’s also something that we’re already doing, even the little things we do.

All this artsy stuff came from our father…

Dad once told us that during his college days, he’s quite good at drawing the human anatomy. He also told us that he used to

“sleep singing”^That’s where I obviously got my music genes

Now as a businessman, to rest from a stressful day at work,

He does gardening, tends the turkeys & chickens, reads a book, and watches TV He does all this things with heart & style,

(Yes, he does watch TV with heart )Since before, he used to do some of them and it makes him happy.

When he was young, his home was surrounded by nature. His dad used to tend plants and animals, and he grew up doing this with his father.

My dad finished college with a bachelor degree in veterinary medicine. But since he wasn’t able to get his medical license due to his nationality, he made his own business. With enough money, he bought himself turkeys and chickens and made it his hobby instead.

He is such a hard working person, that he tires himself too much sometimes. So he watches TV to relieve his stress. He usually watches channels like National Geographic Channel, Star Movies and HBO.

I noticed that he still gets to be artsy, it’s just not obvious.

Art is his way to relieve himself from the stress of this world.

In real life, Art is another place in the world you could rest your head to when everything seems to be too complex for an adult.

I also learn that art is also a way for someone to express his exhaustion to one’s life. It tends to make someone make his own world. That’s a good thing about art.
