Click the my account tab on yourAvon.com. Then click e-Z Returns
from the left menu, or Process Returns from the manage my account

2. e-Z Returns page: The e-Z Returns home page opens in a new
window. All the e-Z Returns functions are just a click away in the
menu on the left side of the screen. STEP 1: Enter the Return:
Click the Credits & Replacements link from the left side menu.
Then enter the information to search for the purchases you want to
return. You can search by Product Description, Product Number, or
Campaign Received. (The example at left uses Product Number.) Once
your search information has been entered, click Submit. Enter the
quantity and reason for the return. If the item shown is not the
one you wish to return, click Try Again If you have more items to
return, click Add More Items When you have entered all the items
you want to return, click Continue. The items will be listed as
Pending Credits/Replacements.e-Z Returns | 02-2010 2
3. In Pending Credits/Replacements you will see all the items
you have entered for credit and have the opportunity to Add more
items and/or Edit pending items. Select the items you want to
submit and click Submit to Avon. STEP 2: Create Your Return
Shipment After submitting your pending credit/replacement to Avon,
you will have the opportunity to create the return shipment. If you
are not ready to pack your items for shipping, you should click
create shipment later. You can do this at any time by selecting
Create Shipment Ship Returns from the left side menu. If you are
ready to pack your items, click Create shipment now, and follow the
instructions on the next few screens to specify shipping details
and print your shipping label (you have the options of shipping via

4. STEP 3: Prepare Your Package Pack your return shipment and
attach the shipping label generated by your e-Z Return. STEP 4:
Ship to Avon Give package to carrier within 10 days. The carrier
will send an e-mail when your package is scanned into their system.
