FRIDAY NOV 22 5 – 6:45pm Chick Check In & Welcome 7 – 8:45pm FIT CHICKS Welcome Reception & Zumba Dance Party 8:45 – 9:15pm Livin’ La Vida FIT CHICK Workshop: Not reaching your goals? Learn how the sky is the limit in this interactive life and health coaching workshop. 9:15pm – 9:30pm Wind down body scan: Probs sleeping? Learn how to rest & relax the mind & body to ensure a good night’s zzz’s.

SATURDAY NOV 22 7:30am – 8am “Ready to Rock” Yoga Class: Power flow to wake up your body, centre your mind & get you pumped to take on the day. 8:00am — 8:25am “Feelin’ Chill” Meditation Workshop: Learn how to calm the mind, the body and uncover your bliss. No equipment or magic pills necessary! 8:15am — 9:00am ”FIT CHICKS Approved” Breakfast — buffet style 9:15am — 11:30am The FIT CHICKS Challenge: The Amazing Race meets an Amazing Outdoor Class Workout! This Fierce, fun team fitness scavenger hunt includes fitness obstacles, health trivia and activities 12:15pm – 1:30pm ”FIT CHICK Approved” Healthy BBQ Lunch — Buffet Style 1:30- 2:30pm Chick Feed Nutrition Workshop. Demos included. Topics may vary. 3:00-4:00PM “Partner Promise” Bootcamp: Getting buff with your new besties with this partner work inspired circuit bootcamp. For all levels.

SATURDAY NOV 22 4:00-4:15PM “Perfecting Planks” Core Class: Fab focus on learning how to tighten & tone your mid section with the best core exercise: the plank! As seen on “Shape Up with FIT CHICKS” 4:15-4:30PM ”Lovely & Limber” Stretch Class: Give your body some TLC and finish the day with some sweet restorative yoga inspired stretches. 4:30-5:00PM Nutrition Workshop - 5 ingredient Fix Workshop: Learn to create healthy eats with less than 5 ingredients! Demos included 5pm – 7pm ”Me Time”: On your own to relax, additional activities or a little spa time. Contact Front Desk to arrange. DETAILS: Additional activities not included. Prices may vary (spa options available. Book directly with Horseshoe Resort) 7 – 9pm ”Feelin’ Fit & Fierce” Dinner Celebration: Get dolled up while we enjoy Chef’s signature creations, and some chick chat! Incl. SUNDAY NOV 23 7 — 8am Snack Time: Enjoy a pre hiking snack at The Coop before or after yoga 7:30 – 8am ”Get Like Gumbi“ Yoga: Hatha inspired yoga as a wake up “stretch” to kick off the day 8 — 9:30am Hiking Tabata Bootcamp: Hit the Horseshoe Valley for a bootcamp with a tabatas twist for a killer calorie burn in the great outdoors! 9:45 - 10:15am Bootcamp Battles - The final, friendly bootcamp battle…. in the outdoors! 10:30am Room Check Out 11:00am ”FIT CHICKS Approved” Sunday Brunch: The grand finale!
