So many times I have been asked these questions; in my practical life I never need it to find out special time

to meditate myself.

To me what is it?

In my working time when I face my clients, during the time of counseling, when I find someone gets relieved through counseling, when depressed eyes shines with hopes : I find myself relaxed after hrs motivational talk with them in a 1:1 sitting.

The entire process is meditation for me when my effective listening gets other to be relieved from agony of life situation and it brings a deep relaxation in my emotion with sigh of happiness:

So to me meditation is nothing new, I can mediate at any time and in anywhere; but some people needs to know how to start meditation and how people feel after meditation.

Master comands

Generally people are asked to imagine a beautiful place/scene which may be of completely imaginary or the master commands them to think about it as s/he is going to help them to visualize it. The entire process is bit clumsy and vigorous and may be participants face trouble to visualize as it is a completely imaginary session.

As if anyone asks to imagine of heaven, it is really tough to visualize it as any one of us has no idea of it.

It is better to ask participant to think about any pleasant scenery of their past tour of places: happy scenery implies feeling good, now s/he is asked to concentrate on it –deep concentration on happy memory means intense relaxation of mind: no stress and no pressure: the gesture should be triangular type as it eases the flow of emotion throughout body.

Triangular body shape is the ideal gesture for meditation

Common scene

If anyone enjoys works, it is his/her mediation as it brings no pressure.

If your work makes you in trouble you obviously need to be meditating just to relax your mind as it is necessary otherwise person may be under stress.

Common scene you may imagine before meditation:

Sea beach Snow picks Evening/morning sky Green forest Flowing river The beautiful village from the birds’ eye view etc.
