Add value and motivation to your class!

The scope of the app is to make people aware of their fitness performance and to train more effectively when real-time intensity feedback is given. With this app coaches can monitor their class and train people according to their fitness intensity zones.

Committed, controlled - take your classes to the next level!

What You NeedCompatible devices:

You need an iPad with Bluetooth 4.0. See iTunes for a list for all compatible devices.

Compatible heart rate monitors:

Any Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor. For example the Polar H7 and Wahoo Fitness Tickr.

Download the app from the App Store

Getting started

Put the heart rate monitor on, check that it is moist and comfortably tight.

The SelfLoops Group Fitness BLUE application supports any Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor.

Enable Bluetooth

Go to the Settings in the iPad and enable Bluetooth.

DO NOT connect to the heart rate monitors here even though they are found under the “Devices” list.

Important note:if you do not see your heart rate monitor in the Devices list, make sure that is not already paired (connected) with another application or device. The Bluetooth standard does not allow to have the heart rate monitor connected at the same time to multiple apps or devices.

Start the Session

Press the start button.

The application will automatically search for the heart rate monitors.

Tiles will appear on the screen as new heart rate monitors are discovered.

Press the tile to create an association between the heart rate monitor and the user.

This process should be done only once.

The application will automatically remember the association in future sessions.
