The Slide and Grow cold frame greenhouse, helps to protect your plants from foul weather and cold, extending the growing season by several weeks.
The extremely resistant multi-wall Polycarbonate sheets are very translucent and allow a lot of light onto your plants, at the same time it diffuses light in many different angles, thus avoiding direct sun light concentration on one spot. Sheets and your plants are protected against the harmful actions of the UV rays.
Our Coldframe is equipped with a swing Lid mechanism that can be locked in any position, making it easy to water and for ventilation thus preventing plants from over-heating during sunny weather.

WHAT'S NEW ?The new components of the Slide and Grow cold frame allow you to assemble it without any screws or tools, making it very easy to install.
Slide and Grow, entirely made in Europe, represents a revolutionary approach to the Cold Frame supply:
- No flimsy aluminum or metal pieces, reducing assembly incidents
- All components are made of rigid or semi rigid plastic, hence the entire product is completely recyclable at the end of its life.
- Easy to assemble, all panels come with the profiles pre-installed. It can be quickly dismantled at the end of the season for easy storage.
- Stabilization corner pegs ensure a proper assembly even on rugged terrains

Pre-assembled package
Slide and Grow comes in a pre-assembled box. Each glazing sheet has the profiles pre-inserted. You only need to slide the rubber profiles into the specific slots and all
the sides and top will be quickly assembled
An energy efficient glazing: Polycarbonate Multiwall
The glazing panels are made by highly resistant polycarbonate multi-chamber sheet.
200 times stronger than glass, these panels are Made in Germany and they are treated with a proprietary UV protection layer that is guaranteed for 10 years.
4mm thick, they boast a much higher thermal insulation than glass or plastic sheets. (U value 3.9 W/m2 K)

Plastic Profiles and Rubber hinges
All profiles are made by tough, high resistance plastic. All profiles are made from recycled plastic that finds a new life in your greenhouse.
No sharp metal edges nor flimsy aluminum profiles.
All connections between profiles are made with soft rubber (Epdm) ribbons. They slide into place and assure an easy and quick installation/dismantling operation.

Corner stabilization system and Anchoring system
Slide and Grow comes with 2 corner stabilization pegs that will keep the cold frame in the proper position
It also offers a complementary anchoring system: if you need to position the coldframe in the earth, you can slide the anchoring pegs into the ground profile, and sink the the peg in the earth for higher wind resistance
