WANTED: ONE FEMALE ROOMATEI will be starting my junior rotations this summer, and I am looking for one female to share a three bedroom, two bath home with me. It would just be the two of us. The house is located approximately 5 miles from campus (usually takes about ten minutes to drive) and one mile from Wal-Mart on Highway 12 W. I have lived here for the past three years, and I love living here. I live directly across the street from the Chief Deputy Sheriff of Oktibbeha County, so I feel very safe here. Also, I have great neighbors on either side of my house. My house is 1,200 square feet. I have a fenced in back yard, covered screen porch, side patio, charcoal grill, and two storage sheds. The house is fully furnished, except the bedroom. The house has dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, deep freeze, and outside refrigerator. It has a couch, loveseat, two recliners, coffee table, and large TV in the living room. All the ceilings are vaulted, except in the bathrooms. One room is an office area/spare bedroom. Cable, internet, electricity, and water are included in the rent price, which is $450 per month. I have two small dogs that stay in the house, so any dog would have to get along with them. I will not allow cats to be kept inside as I am allergic to them.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME…

I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I am a quiet person, and I am not very outgoing. I enjoy the beach, boating, and swimming in the summer. I love the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. I actually enjoy doing yard work (haha). My dad is a veterinarian of 33 years and has been practicing in my home town of Fulton, MS the entire time. My dogs are Hank (a 5 year old, 110 pound chocolate lab BABY who lives with my mom and dad), Rocky (an 18 pound West Highland White Terrier with the best personality you’ve ever seen), and George (an 21 pound Rat Terrier mix maybe(?) who is the funniest, most cuddly thing you’ve ever met). George and Rocky are both about a year old. My boyfriend and I of two and a half years recently broke up, but we are still great friends and he might possibly come to visit occasionally with his sweet black lab, named Maggie.
