WHEEL OF LIFE INSTRUCTIONSThe 8 sections in the Wheel of Life represent balance.

Please change, split or rename any category so that it’s meaningful and represents a balanced life for you. Next, taking the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area out of 10 by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge (see example) The new perimeter of the circle represents your ‘Wheel of Life’. Is it a bumpy ride?

HOW TO DETERMINE TIME BREAKDOWN Assume 12 hrs/day Available to you Job consumes 50% of your time: 12 hrs/day x 7days/week = 84 hours 84/hrs x 50% = 42 hours 42 ÷ 5 (days/week) = 8.4 hrs/day (round to 9) 12 hrs/day – 9 hours = (leaves you) 3 hrs./day Remaining time: 84 (7 days) – 42= 42 hours How can you BEST utilize the remaining 42

hours?
