The firm was founded by, 'Mr. Maganlalbhai Parekh', during pre-independence era. Looking at the difficulties in importing products from abroad adifficulty and long drawn process at the time the idea was laughed at by many.He also faced the challenge of making people aware of the every day usage ofcurtains and home furnishings, but with his vision, dedication and never say noattitude slowly but steadily, he made it possible when it seems impossible taskto open a showroom.
