1. Subject Line should be like ‘Love at First Sight’

1. Should elude the viewer to open the email2. Should have not more than 6 to 8 words3. The viewer will only open an email if what he

reads is of any interest to him/her4. Make a list of different subject lines

2. Positioning is the mother of all contents1. As the email is opened, the interest created by the

subject line can only be retained by content in the mailer2. Make sure to position the context well3. Ask problems & give solutions, share success stories of

same industry clients, show how your solution did wonders for your client, show them your knowledge about their industry & how this can be utilized to help them

4. Pitch your USP5. Content can be text, animation, graphics, video or mixed,

make sure it makes sense

3. Sending emails might just take a click, creating content shall be given time. Think, Think again, Think interesting, Think different1. The more the time is invested in creating the

content, the better the results2. Be aware of the STPD and position the same in

different ways to create the content

4. The content should direct the reader towards ‘Call for action’1. Visit landing pages (Click on links)2. Ask to do Live Chat & talk to experts3. Give a call4. Drop a reply email5. Invite on Skype Chat6. Visit your Stall

5. If there is no action after the email is delivered, the email is a ‘Big Looser’, change it today1. Response is the ultimate objective of your email

campaigns2. If they work, carry on with the good work. But if they

kinds of mailers and distribute them equally between the list
