All of them must be replaced in your center immediately including conference folders, front desk, Education Coordinator files, etc. They will be checked for use during your Quarter 3 field

visit.

No materials are to be taken from Dropbox, old desktop files, or re-copied from master

Operations Manual Quizzes


What: The Operations Manual 2015-2016 Update

When: Released yearly in June

How: You will receive your updated Operations Manual via a new Dropbox folder. The old folder has been archived.

Deadline: All quizzes for sections A-E (F for OPA centers) must be completed and

considered ‘passing’ by December 31, 2015



Each section of the Operations Manual has a quiz associated

with it.

All Franchise Partners are required to complete quizzes for Sections A-E of the Operations

manual.

Franchise Partners that own a center with an Omega Private Academy will be required to

complete a quiz for Section F in addition to the others by the

deadline.



A new Dropbox link with the 2015

Operations Manual and Appendices has been sent to

you.To access the

quizzes for each section you must

first log into eMarketing and

select your ’Omega Learning’ tab.



At the top of the dashboard select the ‘Training’ tab to enter the training module of the system.

Within the folders to the left side of the page you will see one labeled ‘Operations Manual’. By hovering on the folder and it’s content

sections you will be able to click each section to get to the quiz.



There is a 1 slide introduction to each section of the

manual. Click ‘Take Quiz’ at the top to

take your quiz for that section.

This must be done for each section, A-E of the Operations

Manual.Section F will only need to be

completed by Franchise Partners that will have an Omega Private Academy

open this year.
