Carnelle Rutledge is a Fort Wayne based customer service professional holding more than fifteen years of rich experience in the field of sales and marketing. He enjoys competitiveness and constantly look for ways to improve his sales skills.

Currently he is employed at Grote Automotive – the region's widely recognized automobile company. Being a professional with a strategic orientation, strong commitment, and persistence; he is counted amongst the best salesmen in his company.

His in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of the sales process allow him to effectively deal with different clients. While attending any potential customer, he first takes into account their needs, preferences, and specifications, & then advises the most appropriate product.

Before joining Grote Automotive, Carnelle D Rutledge worked as a Finance Assistant at Glenbrook Dodge Inc.. His key responsibilities in the company were – handling customer calls, concerns, and problems for dealership; providing assistance to the business office with processing deal folders; handling funding delays and helping the title department; etc. He also acted as the dealerships gate keeper & suggested solutions to the staff.

Carnelle Rutledge started his career as a Client Service Representative at Global Sports Inc., a reputable company in Scottsdale, AZ. For his outstanding performance, he got many promotions during his employment with the company. He even won Employee of the Year award four times – in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009.

He joined Global Sports Inc. as a “Client Service Representative” but was promoted to “Senior Client Service Representative” within a year and then to the position of “Director of Client Services” two years later. He was also promoted to “VP of Client Services” after he brought huge business to the company.
