Putting it together. . .

We approach planning by reviewing the multitude of variables (levers) for each program. The variety of levers change with each program but can range from budget to timing, resource management to target demographics, from markets and routing to weather and more.

Levers are pushed and pulled, raised and lowered resulting in many options with varied outcomes. This process allows goals and objectives to lead the process in order to achieve the end desired result.

MOG’s is experience in developing and managing different budgeting models from fixed fee to cost plus to pay for performance. We develop budget models that make sense for the program and to exceed expectations.

Sampling matrix and ROI often go hand in hand. MOG can leverage that combination to create optimal results. MOG utilizes existing infrastructure or develops new refreshed models from the ground up.

Co-Owner / Operations & Execution As a marketing operations leader and innovator, Sheila has produced complex and highly recognized marketing initiatives from development through implementation. Going on 20 years in the agency arena, she has positioned her clients as global leaders by driving sales with creative and operational teams by building key relationships that support corporate goals.   As a retired-Army veteran, Sheila possesses a unique skill set in operations, logistics, leadership and problem solving. Her combination of operational and management skills have allowed her to repurpose them to drive large-scale mobile marketing, product sampling, social media, pop-up retail, trade show and brand building that exceed business objectives. As a relationship manager, she has created key relations with vendors, partners and customers, delivering ROI to client.
