The Finnish Fair Corporation was founded in 1919
The first fair was held in summer 1920 in a field next to St John's Church. At the opening, Jean Sibelius was the conductor. The 120,000 visitors outnumbered the population of Helsinki.
The present-day Messukeskus was built in 1975 in Pasila
• Interfair – helps Finnish companies to participate in overseas exhibitions.
• Adforum – events for the pulp and paper industry in collaboration with Swedish exhibition organiser Stockholmsmässan.

• We sort all of our waste. Sorting is possible on all of our premises.
• We recycle waste effectively. The share of mixed waste is less than 1%.
• Our heating and lighting systems are energy efficient.• We recommend public transport. We collaborate with
public transport operators HSL and VR.
