Additional information can be added to the descriptionbox such as links to the draft posts, edits that have beenmade or if post has been approved and is ready to go.

4. Invite people to be ableto view and edit yourcalendar.
Under the SHARE WITHSPECIFIC PEOPLE section,you can choose whatabilities the other viewerscan have and can't have.
