I only have one thing to add to his saying and it’s that this rule applies to any business, not just to internet marketing. What you know is not half ass important as who you know… if only more people could realize that simple law if you will, there wouldn’t be so much failure. Most people believe information will get them to success and they read and then read and follow numerous blogs and gurus and then read some more… and expect to become authority in their niche and kill it. They participate in forums, most times are totally right, know way too much, have developed quite a skill, always philosophize, yet make measly money… and the reason is they know nobody, except for a few people who follow them at the forum. I see thousands of people like that each day and to tell you the truth feel really bad for them, because they are smart and skillful, but they are also angry and unsatisfied because they just don’t get the results that they want, even though they know everything. But it’s not about what we know, and about who we know. At the same time there are tons of people who don’t know anything, don’t have that much skill, yet make tons of cash, because they know the right guy. You might say this is unfair, but that’s how business works… life as well. The fastest way to fast-track your success in any area of life is by surrounding yourself around people who are where you want to be. So in case you are trying to absorb all the information on the web, or to become an expert in your area, or provide value as you have probably been told you should do, you might wanna reconsider your efforts. Instead you should make friends with people who are already where you want to be, as I already said. That’s what will make you huge. Nobody really cares how much you know about something, or how right you are. People only care about how successful and popular you are and to become such you should make friends with such, or it could take you a looooot of time to achieve it… or even worst – never get there. Before I started online I had a background of several years of entrepreneurship and several millions in revenue, but you know what, nobody cared… I was a newbie even though I knew more about business than most people who have been online forever. Again it did not matter at all cause nobody knew me and I had to build my image from the ground again. I’ve been thinking about writing about that for quite a while andthis email made me stop what I was doing and write this post. Ionly have one thing to add to his saying and it’s that this ruleapplies to any business, not just to internet marketing.

What you know is not half ass important as who you know… ifonly more people could realize that simple law if you will, therewouldn’t be so much failure.

Most people believe information will get them to success and they read and then read and follow numerous blogsand gurus and then read some more… and expect to become authority in their niche and kill it.
