LOGIN in your Android APP
After you have downloaded the Advocate-Diary android app from Google Play Store. Here you have to enter the Username & Password that you use to login your account from www.Advocate-Diary.com.
Add New Case DetailsAdd new case window enables you to record a new case. You can navigate to this screen by sliding the slider to right side of screen or by clicking on the top section and Click Add New Case. 3 Buttons represent • Case Details.• Party Details. • Hearing Details. Hence making data entry easy and accurate.

Add Case DetailsThis section allows you to enter the Details of the case which you are registering. • "Court of", gives you the list of all the courts that you have entered through the web.• "Case Type", you can select the case type e.g. it is Criminal, Civil etc. • "Case Stage", you can select the current stage the case is reached.• "Fee Agreed", you can select the fee amount that has been decided.• "Tags", This text will help you to search a particular case by their tags.
Add Party DetailsThis section allows you to enter the Details of the Client whom case you are registering. • "Party Name", you have to enter name of the client. • "Email", require client's Email id.• "Contact No.", requires client contact number.• "Alternate No.", another contact number can also be added.• "Address", you can add client's address.
Add Hearing DetailsThis section allows you to enter the details related to the case. • "Previous Date", It is the date on which last hearing was held.• "Next Date", It is the date on which next hearing will be held.• "Filling Date", It is the date on which the case is filled in the court• "Opposing Lawyer", Name of the lawyer who is representing the case against you.• "Appearing Layer", Name of the lawyer who is representing the case of your client.
All Case Details
Get all your cases listed over a single screen. You can add unlimited cases, also can view & edit the details of each case. The right & left icons on every case allows you to add quick notes & payment details respectively.
Add PaymentsWhen you click on the Rupee icon placed on left side of All Case section, you will be navigated to Add Payment window. Here you can save all the payment terms, also can save transactions of fees that are done between you and your client with the respective date.
All the previously saved details can be viewed under History button.
Add NotesBy clicking on the icon on Right side of All Case section, Add Notes window will appear. Here you can save case proceedings along with the date. Its like taking Notes as the case proceeds also you can change the next proceeding date of the case.

Search CaseThis section helps you to quickly search the cases that you have added under your account. There are various parameters based on which cases can be searched like, Court of, Case Type, Case Stage, Party Name, Case Title, Next Date(you can define a range of date). After you hit the search button, you would be presented with the list of cases matching your criteria.
