*Construction of a new La Guerre Primary School. *Construction of affordable homes with mortgage financing especially for first time homeowners. *Regularize squatting on Government lands *Construction of a home for the elderly. *Upgrading of community and farming roads and improvement to drainage across Babonneau. *Expansion of the Garrand Cemetery. *Lease agricultural lands to young people who are interested in farming, whether it be food crops or animal husbandry. *Re-establish the water catchments at La Soccere. *Improve and light sports facilities as necessary Introduce an annual multi-sports competition in Babonneau.

Ezechiel Joseph already has a proud record of development in Babonneau that has improved the comfort and standard of his constituents’ lives. With a new partnership with the good people of Babonneau, Ezechiel’s focus will be on jobs. “One of the most important goals of a new UWP government will be the creation of jobs,” says Ezechiel. “In Babonneau I have a plan for fostering entrepreneurship especially among our young people and women. There is nothing in the world that beats being self employed. Being your own boss. My role is to help provide opportunities through technical assistance, mentoring, funding where necessary and the support that government can provide. Our farmers need support to diversify their crops and cater to new tastes and new marketing opportunities which will be provided through the
establishment of a new central marketing hub. Our women can be empowered through the development of cottage industries. The facilities are already in place. What is needed is someone to make it happen, which is what I will do. Small businesses need more support so that they can grow and employ more people. Grand Anse is ripe for hotel development and eco tours like turtle watching, which are
ventures our young people can participate in with a little organization and help. These are initiatives that will create employment opportunities for the people of Babonneau.
The people of Babonneau already know that Ezechiel Joseph is a man of action. Whathe needs now is a new partnership with the people of Babonneau. A vote for Ezechiel is a vote for a return to progress!
