• Output: – FGD participants will be able to share about their experience of the 

impact / benefits from the implementation of the Online Ethics Reference Indonesia (http://bit.ly/etikaonline) since it declared by them on similar FGD event last year

– FGD participants will gain a complete understanding of Human Rights and Freedom of Expression (FoE), also the insight and the basis of reasoning in everyday activitiesbasis of reasoning in everyday activities.

– Position paper that discussed and produced by the FGD participants about the activities and models that can be simultaneously promote human rights and FoE in their respective area/city.

– Focus and sharp statements reflect to principles of “FoE” and put them online to deliver debates (ex: freespeechdebate.com)

• Outcome:– Expected to be more and more content as well as local activities p

initiated by the " FGD Alumni" which can be inspiring, educating and giving public information about human rights and FoE.

– Expected to be more the lesson‐learned and the benefits of the Internet come up from the "FGD Alumni", particularly with regard to the empowerment of "economic, social and cultural" and "transparency of public service" from‐by‐for the public.
