Study Area• Study area extends along
Hunter Mill Road from Colvin Run to Sunrise Valley Drive
• Focused on the intersections of Sunset Hills Road and the westbound DTR Ramps with Hunter Mill Road
• Assume Crowell Road is a signalized intersection

Need for Study• Follow on Study to the Reston Phase I Plan
Amendment• Previous studies showed long term need to improve
the closely spaced intersections of Sunset Hills Road and the West Bound Dulles Toll Road ramps with Hunter Mill Road
