Secretary Report
11 board meetings have been held since the chapter was formed in November 2010. Please note that for 2012 it has been proposed that all chapter members will be welcomed to attend board meetings.
We started the year with 2 advisors to the board, Keenan Wellar and Suzanne Gauthier. Suzanne Gauthier has retired so one of our goals for 2012 is to recruit additional advisors.
Treasurer Report We received $624.55 in donations from participation in the Fundchange program. We also received $70 in membership fees which were used to pay the costs for hosting the movie and discussion night in May. The Fundchange money has not been used and is being held in trust by LiveWorkPlay until our chapter establishes a bank account. Some research has been done on bank accounts. It will be the role of the Treasurer in 2012 to complete this work.
