Project Overview and Status

• Design Features– 6 parking levels with about 1,000 parking spaces– Bus transit center with 7 bus bays– 20 commuter (slug) spaces– Short-term parking area for drop off and pick up– Pedestrian bridge over Old Keene Mill Road

• Connects Springfield Plaza to the parking garage– Bicycle storage, passenger waiting areas, and transit system information– Community area on ground floor

• Exterior plaza in front of garage for public gathering/community events• Short-term parking area to be used as interior community event space during

weekends

– Community area on roof top• Portion of roof top dedicated for community events (weekdays and weekends)
