UWP POSTPONES PLANNED MARCH AND PUBLIC MEETING

CASTRIES, Saint Lucia – Friday, December 6, 2013 – The United Workers Party deeply

regrets to announce that the candlelight march and public meeting which were scheduled for

Tuesday, December 10th 2013 have been postponed until further notice.

The logistical arrangements necessary for hosting a meeting of such magnitude would not be

reasonably satisfied before Tuesday.

The Party understands the excitement and enthusiasm brought about by the announcement from

our Political Leader on RCI’s News Spin and DBS’s News Maker Live, however, we assure you

that the new date selected will see an even bigger and better event than what was planned

initially.

Again, we regret any inconvenience caused.
