THE HUMAN SECURITY NETWORK(HSN)

► Manual on HRE dopted in the framework of the HSN. ► The HSN presently has 13 members: Austria, Chile, Costa

Rica, Greece, Ireland, Jordan, Mali, Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland and Thailand.

► Its objectives are to promote freedom from fear and freedom from want with a focus on the protection and security of the individual and society.

► Priorities include human rights education, hence the elaboration of a Manual on HRE: Understanding Human Rights, coordinated by the ETC Graz
