Tata Steel UK recognised that their application of project controls was not at the level they needed to successfully deliver their capital programme to cost and time. This lead them to look to the project controls market to seek a partner to help them move to a fit-for-purpose state where industry best practise could be implemented within their Company.

The presentation will outline the journey from the assessment of current state (IBR); the Transition towards a functioning Project Controls team; including Implementation and Deployment Phases thereafter.
