JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an Independent Contractor to facilitate our in-house training programmes to all operational employees within the organisation.
GEOGRAPHICAL REGIONSApplicants must be permanently based in one of the following regions:
Cape Town Durban Nelspruit Polokwane Bloemfontein East London Kimberley
MINIMUM EDUCATION Relevant Degree / Diploma
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Training / Facilitation / Presentation experience essential4-5 years+ FMCG experience (advantageous)

HIGH LEVEL KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Well prepared and professionally facilitated formal learning courses Prepare / create a learning environment that is appropriate for effective learning Apply principles of effective facilitation and adult learning in presenting all training Model a positive and professional attitude Follow training administration process (e.g.: registers, feedback on non-attendance, etc.).
Fair, valid and reliable assessments Plan for the assessment by selecting appropriate methods/tools of assessment, taking into
account the purpose, environment and evidence to be collected Prepare the learner for the assessment by explaining and discussing the assessment process,
appeals procedure, purpose, methods and documents Conduct assessment following established procedures and make assessment decisions about
learner’s competence by evaluating evidence collected against assessment criteria Give feedback to the learner in line with the assessment principles and procedures Evaluate the way in which the assessment was conducted and actively look for ways to enhance
or optimise the process.
Continuously evaluate and track improvement Continually evaluate and benchmark training and coaching (learners and trainers) Collate findings and give feedback to the L&D Operations Manager regarding training materials
etc. to ensure adjustment and enhancement where necessary, creating a continuous feedback loop.
Effective teamwork and self-management Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-
management in terms of planning and prioritising Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently
